CANCELLATION POLICY

-Please make sure you are selecting the appropriate “Nail Art” option along with your other services, otherwise you will only be able to get a solid color. -I DO NOT work over another nail technician’s work. Please arrive to your appointment without any product on your nails, or book the appropriate soak off service along with your other services. -If you’re changing from one service to another (ex: gel nails to acrylic nails) please book the appropriate soak off. -If you need to cancel any appointments please do it 24 hours or more before your appointment -Appointments will only be held for 15 minutes. If you are late 15 minutes or more, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. -Failure to meet the cancellation policy, being late 15 minutes or more, as well as no call no show will result in a 100% fee charged to the card on file.
